ICORN and ICORN guest writers are extensively involved in the programme of this year’s Kapittel International Festival for Literature and Freedom of Speech. The festival is organised annually in Stavanger, Norway, taking place from 17.-21. September this year. Approximately 15 ICORN writers are taking part in workshops, discussions, readings and perfomances throughout the festival, which has oil as the theme of the year. A delegation of special guests from the upcoming ICORN member city of Chicago is also visiting the festival, and have their own post on the programme: ”Chicago Fire”.
