Administration Coordinator
3 year project position, 100%
Qualifications:
Higher education
Good knowledge of human rights and freedom of expression issues.
Speak and write Scandinavian and English fluently
Strong systematic and organizational skills
Experience from organisational work, preferable internationally.
The Administration Coordinator will be expected to
- process applications from persecuted writers and communicate with the applicants and relevant international bodies as part of the application processing.
- communication with the ICORN member cities
- do general administrative tasks such as systemizing and developing an archive of the membership cities.
- do financial management (budgeting, reporting and monitoring of the agreement with Sølvberget, Stavanger Cultural Centre).
We are looking for a person that work independently and focused and has a great work capacity. The successful candidate is flexible and has good cooperation and communication skills. Knowledge of a third language (besides Scandinavian and English fluently) is preferable.

Communication Coordinator
3 years project position, 50%

Strong communicational, systematic and organizational skills
Experience with web publishing
Experience from organisational work, preferable internationally.
The Communications Coordinator will be expected to:
Update and maintain the ICORN web site. Further improve the ICORN communication platform, locally, nationally and internationally. Communicate with and support the ICORN member cities and our guest writers.
General administrative duties will also be included.
We are looking for a person that work independently, focused and has a great work capacity. He or she is flexible, cooperative and has great communicational skills (both oral and written, Scandinavian and English, a third language is preferable).
