The City of Lyon joined ICORN in 2021, in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. The ICORN residency in Lyon is coordinated through a cooperation between the City of Lyon and the NGO Agir Ensemble pour les Droits Humains.
In 2022, Lyon welcomed painter and street artist LAZA as its first ICORN resident.
