Norrköping joined ICORN in 2014 and had the great pleasure of welcoming their first guest writer, Babak Salamizadeh, in the middle of January 2015. Babak Salamizadeh is a writer, poet, social theorist and translater from Iran. In april 2018, the city welcomed Supriti Dhar, journalist and women rights activist from Bangladesh.
Norrköping is a city in the province of Östergötland, located in eastern Sweden and the seat of Norrköping Municipality, Östergötlands County. The Municipality has an exciting cultural scene, with diverse creators of music, theatre, art and crafts. Norrköping's own proletarian writer Moa Martinson is honoured with a powerful bronze sculpture in the city centre. The university has campuses in both Linköping and Norrköping and is one of Europe’s most outstanding institutions, known for its interdisciplinarity and creativity.
